Where is the conference being held and how do I get there?
The conference will take place at RIBA, 66 Portland Place, London W1B 1AD.
RIBA is located in central London and accessible by public transport. All information on how to find RIBA can be found here.

Pay & Display parking is available on Portland Place (A4021) and its vicinity. Please note 66 Portland Place is inside the northern boundary of the Congestion Charging zone

Single yellow line restrictions apply outside 66 Portland Place. There are designated accessible parking spaces for Blue Badge holders on Portland Place.

The conference will take place in the first floor hall, and there is a lift. Please contact us if you have any special access requirements and we will ensure we put arrangements in place for you.

Are refreshments provided?
​
Refreshments will be provided on arrival, during a morning and afternoon break and lunch will be provided. Please inform us of any specific dietary requirements when you register.

What time should I arrive?
​
The conference reception desk opens at 9 am. You are welcome to arrive from 8.30 am but please do not arrive before this.

Will there be filming and photography at the conference?
​
There will be photography on the day.
​
Will late-comers be admitted?
​
You can be admitted at any point in the day but we ask that you are sensitive about disrupting speakers. You may need to be admitted at a break in the talks.

I am a member of the press, can I register for a press seat?
