I am finding scrolling difficult

 

If you are having trouble with scrolling back up the form, please use the outer edges of the screen beside the form to scroll up or down.

Grey screen after pressing purchase

When you have pressed ‘purchase’ scroll up to the top of the grey screen to find the 'pay by card' button.
